Information you provide directly. When you fill in our contact form, request a demo, or communicate with us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the product you are interested in, and any message content you send.

Information from your use of our Voice Assistant product. Where you are a customer of our AI Voice Assistant, we process information relating to inbound calls handled by the AI agent, which may include call audio, transcripts, and details captured during a call such as appointment or booking information. This information is processed to provide the service to you and your callers.

Documents you upload. Where you upload business information (such as price lists, services, or FAQs) to power your AI agent, we store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Technical and usage information. When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through analytics tools described in Section 7.

04How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide demos;
  • provide, operate, and improve our products and services;
  • process and manage billing and payments;
  • communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • protect the security and integrity of our services.

We do not sell your personal data.

06Where your data is stored

Your personal data, including call data processed by the Voice Assistant, is stored and processed on infrastructure located in the India (Mumbai) region. We do not transfer your personal data outside India.

We use the following tools on our website:

Google Tag Manager and associated analytics, which help us understand how visitors use our website (for example, pages visited and general usage patterns). This may involve cookies.

Microsoft Clarity, which helps us understand how visitors interact with our website through aggregated usage and session insights.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction or updating of your personal data;
  • request erasure of your personal data;
  • withdraw consent to processing; and
  • register a grievance regarding how your data is handled.

11Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including per-business isolation so that one customer's data is not mixed with another's. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
