These terms govern your use of the MiraiSage platform and services, provided by MIRAISAGE PRIVATE LIMITED. By signing up, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password and do let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Use MiraiSage for lawful business purposes only. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, abuse the audit infrastructure, or use the platform to harass, defame, or compete unfairly with any party.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We offer a thirty-day full refund if MiraiSage does not work for you.

Our content

The MiraiSage platform, software, and brand assets remain our property. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the service while your subscription is active.

Your content

You retain ownership of every question, audit result, and report you create on MiraiSage. We use this content only to deliver the service.

Liability

MiraiSage is provided as-is. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from AI engines. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, we will email you in advance. Continued use after changes go live means you accept them.
